The auction of the Sun Villas site which was scheduled to take place this morning from 10am to noon was unsuccessful mainly due to the 90 people who turned up to support the buyers who face losing their homes because the landowner ignored a 2003 Court Judgement ito pay the builder £600,000 (he has only paid £150,000 to date).
The Sun Villas buyers would like to thank each and every one of you who came along to Bellapais this morning. They now have some time to prepare their appeal properly.
