Please first contact the Interior Ministry on 00 90 391 611 1123 / 27 regardng the status of your Permission to Purchase application. If you do not receive a satisfactory response you can then progress it through the PCO.

Tuğçe has requested that all of you who have lodged a complaint with her regarding no Kib-tek metered electric should e-mail her at tugci@hotmail.com quoting your PCO application number and stating "no electric" as she wants to ensure that all of you are included in the latest report she has prepared for Kib-tek. On the 2nd October 2007 Tuğçe reported that she had not received any feedback and has prepared the report with the information currently provided to her.
