registration number on the front page of your sales
agreement or you can find it in the box on the top right
hand side of the copy koçan (see

| Plot (parsel) number | This is listed on the front page of your
sales agreement or you can find it in the top section of the
koçan (see sample documents)

| Sheet Plan number | This is listed on the front page of your
sales agreement or you can find it in the top section of the
koçan (see sample documents)

| The Building Project file number: | B-number/year. without this number it is
difficult to make enquiries.

| The Kibtek project number | If you don't know the number please visit
Kibtek's project office with your sales agreement, koçan
and district site plan
|
| Parcelisation/sub-division number | If the plot your property is built on is
not on it's own single koçan the
larger plot must be parcelised or sub-divided in order for
you to receive your own separate koçan. The landowner can apply for this when he submits the project application. If not, the property and site must be completed as per the project and Final Approval issued before it can be applied for.

| Permission to purchase application number: | The official number is 11/77/year-number
but you only need the year-number for enquiries. The Interior Ministry Permissions Office telephone number is 00 90 392 611 1127.

| Permission to purchase approval number: | Currently E-number-year
and is accompanied by an approval date. The previous number
system was S(K-11) number-year. When your PTP has been approved either your lawyer or the Interior Ministry will give you the relevant details. |
