IMPORTANT NOTICE TO APPLICANTS

The government run Property Complaints office opened on Monday 2nd July 2007. The office is located in the Prime Minister's building in Lefkoşa (see Directions to PCO) and is manned by two ladies, Tuğçe and Tangül, both of them speak perfect English. Necibe no longer works there and has returned to her previous position at the Interior Ministry..

The office is now operating on Summer working hours: Monday 07:30-14:00 and 15:30-18:00; Tuesday to Friday 07:30-14:00.

Please also do a very brief summary of your problem and attach copies of all documents relating to your property purchase.  If applicable, also include photographs.  Ensure that all the issues you want the office to investigate are stated in your application as it may not be possible to make additions at a later stage.

If you have registered your complaint please wait for the office to contact you with an update.  Every case is being investigated by the Property Complaints Committee who are looking for a solution for everyone.

Dress code is smart - no shorts, jeans or t-shirts and you may be asked for ID at security (passport or drivers licence).
