Please read the Sale of Land Specific Performance Law and then sign Petition which asks the government to change the protection timeframe from 2 months to at least 6 years to allow for permission to purchase approval and all building contractual work to be completed.  Please also see Contract Law Clause 76

It is important that all TRNC property buyers sign the petition as soon as possible.
