Geoff Day is back
in the Girne Criminal Court on Wednesday the 30th June at 10am.
This is a very important day for Geoff and Mary and also for all
of you who may have done something with the rubbish your builder
left behind in your garden. This situation is as unjust as the
property auctions - please turn up at Girne Court to show
support for Geoff and Mary. As a sign of solidarity can
you wear a black headband.
WE MUST ALL SUPPORT EACH OTHER.

We hold a drop in surgery every
Tuesday in the Pia Bella Hotel from 12 noon to 3pm for
buyers who would like some free help and guidance with any
problem they are experiencing with their property
purchase. Please bring along all relevant documents.

At the request of buyers a meeting was held
with the Construction Association to discuss buyers supporting
them at their planned protests against the government's lack of
fulfilling promises to regulate the industry. They agreed that,
as our ultimate objectives are similar, they would be delighted
if we joined and supported them.
The first protest is planned for Wednesday
the 3rd March at 1000 outside Parliament in Lefkoşa.
Full details will not be available until Monday evening but they
plan to meet in Girne, Gazimagusa and Lefkoşa
and drive in convoy to Parliament and arrive at 1000.
If you are fed up with the government's
broken promises and the lack of regulations within the
construction industry please give some time to support this
worthy cause. You can either join the convoy at one of the
meeting places or make your own way to the Parliament building
in Lefkoşa.
The first protest took
place on Wednesday the 10th March and was very
successful.
